Priorities
Priorities are different from goals. Goals are something that we work to achieve, like including lunch-time movement for 30 minutes daily. They are specific, measurable, and actionable. A priority is something we care about and deem important. It's not necessarily a goal that we are tracking.
When a group or a person cares about one thing more than all others, that's the top priority. The word priority comes from the word prior, which means to come before something else. A priority is the concern, interest, or desire that comes before all others (vocabulary.com).
